Arunachal Pradesh – China Naming Dispute

China has assigned new Chinese names to certain places in Arunachal Pradesh.
India has completely rejected this.
China’s Stand
China claims Arunachal Pradesh as:
“a part of Tibet”.
Therefore, in that region, it frequently renames:
Mountains
Hills
Places
by assigning new names.
India’s Response
All those areas are:
integral parts of India
“will always remain part of India”
The names given by China were:
firmly rejected.
