We aim to provide high-quality digital learning — but if something goes wrong with your purchase, here’s how refunds are handled.
1. Digital Products
All TNSmartPrep offerings — online courses, test series, e-books, downloadable notes, and other materials — are digital products. Once access is granted/activated, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged in a physical sense.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will consider a refund only under these specific circumstances:
- Access not granted: Payment was deducted but you did not receive access within 48 hours.
- Technical error: Duplicate payments or wrong product activation caused by our platform.
- Incorrect charge: Billing errors verified by our support/billing team.
If any of the above applies, we will verify the issue and process refunds after confirmation from our technical and billing teams.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal reasons after activation of the course/test series.
- Failure to complete or use the purchased content before expiry.
- Problems due to your internet connection, device compatibility, or local restrictions.
- Attempted misuse, account sharing, or multiple users using a single-tier license.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email our support team with the following details:
- Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request and any supporting screenshots (if applicable)
Support will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank/processor times may vary).
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order only before activation. Once access is granted to your account for the purchased product, cancellation or refund is not available except in cases covered under Refund Eligibility.
