2️⃣ Satyagraha – Philosophy

  • Gandhi introduced a new method of resisting injustice without violence – Satyagraha.
  • The term “Satyagraha” is derived from two words meaning Truth and Firmness/Fasting.
  • Gandhi explained that the foundation of Satyagraha is Ahimsa (non-violence).
