1. Classification of Relations
Administrative Relations (Part XI)
- Articles 256 - 263: Deal with administrative relations between the Centre and the States.
- Article 263: Inter-State Council – Created to promote cooperation among states and between the Union and the States.

Financial Relations (Part XII)
- Articles 264 - 300A: Deal with financial relations.
